All swimmers, triathletes and sea lovers who want to improve their swimming technique, increase their stamina (long distances) and gain more confidence in open waters to successfully take on new challenges.
The coaches plan the session based on the levels of the swimmers and environmental conditions.
In addition to looking at the weather forecasts, we go out in the support vessel before each swim to check the conditions.
WE MAKE SURE
All swimmers must use a tow float and a wetsuit below a certain water temperature.
WE WARM UP
We do a physical warm-up on land before getting into the water.
In groups according to level and the coaches’ instructions.
After training, we take the opportunity to share moments and experiences.
