OPEN WATER SWIMMING
Guided swims in open waters on Saturdays all year (except August) in swimming level groups. Always with a support vessel.
TIMES:
SATURDAY
9.30-11am june to september
10-11.30am october to may
THURSDAY
7.30-8.30pm may to september
7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. from October to April physical training in the gym
GUIDED TRAINING
With two coaches and groups according to level.
SAFETY SYSTEMS
Compulsory individual tow float and support vessel. Compulsory wetsuit depending on water temperature.
OUR SESSIONS
We practice various skills, including:
- Distance.
- Open water sighting.
- Adapting your stroke to the sea and weather conditions.
- Drafting
- Exercises in pairs (coordination, balance, etc.)
- Intensity .
- Learning to swim in a group .
- Improving your technique
- Buoy turns (very useful for open water competitions)
Who is the training aimed at?
All swimmers, triathletes and sea lovers who want to improve their swimming technique, increase their stamina (long distances) and gain more confidence in open waters to successfully take on new challenges.
